NAS – I have previously said when present the second time, and though now absent I say in advance to those who have sinned in the past and to all the rest {as well,} that if I come again I will not spare {anyone,}
NA26 – προείρηκα (5758) καὶ προλέγω (5719) ὡς παρὼν (5752) τὸ δεύτερον καὶ ἀπὼν (5752) νῦν τοῖς προημαρτηκόσιν (5761) καὶ τοῖς λοιποῖς πᾶσιν, ὅτι ἐὰν ἔλθω (5632) εἰς τὸ πάλιν οὐ φείσομαι, (5695)
WH – προειρηκα (5758) και προλεγω (5719) ως παρων (5723) το δευτερον και απων (5723) νυν τοις προημαρτηκοσιν (5761) και τοις λοιποις πασιν οτι εαν ελθω (5632) εις το παλιν ου φεισομαι (5695)

NAS – For this reason I am writing these things while absent, so that when present I {need} not use severity, in accordance with the authority which the Lord gave me for building up and not for tearing down.
NA26 – διὰ τοῦτο ταῦτα ἀπὼν (5752) γράφω, (5719) ἵνα παρὼν (5752) μὴ ἀποτόμως χρήσωμαι (5667) κατὰ τὴν ἐξουσίαν ἣν ὁ κύριος ἔδωκέν (5656) μοι, εἰς οἰκοδομὴν καὶ οὐκ εἰς καθαίρεσιν.
WH – δια τουτο ταυτα απων (5723) γραφω (5719) ινα παρων (5723) μη αποτομως χρησωμαι (5667) κατα την εξουσιαν ην ο κυριος εδωκεν (5656) μοι εις οικοδομην και ουκ εις καθαιρεσιν
